Blueprint for Growth

WXZ Development was formed in 1990 as a commercial real-estate development company. Initially formed as a preferred developer for national credit tenant expansion programs, WXZ expanded not only its retail tenant base, but has also expanded into multi-family and for-sale residential development. In 2005 WXZ began expanding it’s internal capabilities by adding staff and expertise. WXZ and its principals have over 60 years of combined experience and have developed over $1 billion of commercial real-estate development in locations across the eastern United Statess.

In January 2006 Mr. Wymer and Mr. Swindell formed WXZ Construction to act as General Contractor on all WXZ projects and to meet the needs and demands of the tenant relationships WXZ has as a preferred developer and to expand upon its in-house capabilities necessary to efficiently and cost effectively complete new development projects.



University Corners

After a stringent selection process, city officials chose The Coral Company to redevelop this 4-acre site. Architecturally unique, University Corners is prime commercial space in the city of University Heights, Ohio, a densely populated, well-educated and affluent suburb of Cleveland. Located at Cedar and South Taylor Roads, this property offers 45,000 square feet of retail space with anchor tenants Hollywood Video, Rite Aid and Sherwin-Williams.
