WXZ Development, through its principals and partners, continues to have strong financial relationships with its lending institutions. Its borrowing facilities with Key Bank continue to expand since it originated in 1990 from line of credit facilities to short term acquisition financing. WXZ also has established a relationship with Fifth Third Bank and has expanded this banking relationship in 2004 and beyond. In 2005 WXZ established a new relationship with National City Bank. Integra, Huntington Bank, and Charter One Bank are the most recent lending institutions to partner with WXZ Development. With the financial strength of its principals WXZ is considered a preferred borrower and can overcome most obstacles in obtaining the best financing at the lowest rates.
