In the spring of 2010, University Circle Inc. chose to partner with WXZ to
create Hazel 8, a 59 unit apartment community located near the Western Reserve
Historical Society and the Cleveland Institute of Music in the heart of University Circle. The
design and construction of the high density urban community is in harmony with the eclectic
architecture that surrounds the property and exhibits the same attention to detail that WXZ
brings to all of its projects.
Hazel 8 will break ground in the fall of 2011 and will be ready for occupancy summer 2012.
