In 2002 WXZ Development purchased Hunter’s Chase Apartments as a rehabilitation and repositioning investment property. This 250 unit apartment project was originally built in 1989 in Westlake, Ohio as a Class A apartment complex. WXZ returned Hunter's Chase to its original prominence and in 2009 sold the property to realize the benefit of a successful rehabilitation of the property. Hunter's Chase is currently thriving as one of the most desirable luxury apartment complexes in the city.

WXZ and Richland Communities Ltd., have developed over 1000 rental units in Northeast Ohio, in communities such as Sheffield Lake, Avon Lake, Brunswick, Medina, and Painesville.
