WXZ will be developing a new senior housing community in the growing market of Naples, Florida. The Naples Senior Housing Community will include an 80 unit Assisted Living Facility with a special emphasis on Memory Care (Alzheimer’s) Services and 40 senior rental cottages with services provided by the assisted living facility.
