WXZ Development has formed and fostered significant and successful partnerships with co-developers which has allowed for expansion into new opportunities.

WXZ has partnered with The Coral Company in developing over 40 new free-standing Rite Aid drug stores throughout Northern Ohio as well as the development of University Corners, a 44,000 s.f. shopping center in University Heights, Ohio. This successful partnership has proved to be beneficial for both the developers and the tenants and has been a perfect blend of the talents and expertise that both companies posses. This collaboration has recently expanded into For-sale housing with its first project in Rocky River, Ohio: the Hamlets of Rocky River.

Another successful partnership was formed with The Richland Company to develop, own, and manage over 1000 Multi-family rental units in Cuyahoga, Lake, and Medina counties. These developments represent over $50 million worth of projects.
