In 1995 WXZ became a preferred developer for Rite Aid throughout Northern Ohio. In partnership with the Coral Company, we have developed over 40 free-standing 11,000 s.f. drug stores over the ensuing five years. In working closely with Rite Aid, WXZ has overcome many assemblages, environmental and governmental approval issues to successfully open stores in prime markets for our tenants. This expansion program began again after a three year hiatus and includes a new 14,500 s.f. prototype. Grafton, OH and Toledo, OH are now open for business and the Boardman, OH location is currently under construction. We are also working on several more new locations as well.
